Morjim
Beach
This quiet beach
lies just north of the Chapora river and can be reached by taking a shot detour off
the coast road from Chapora.
Morjim is known as Goa's turtle nesting
beach because every year Olive Ridley turtles nest here.
Morjim beach is quite and secluded,
not many tourists have been able to explore this wonderful site. Peace and tranquility
reigns here, which makes it an ideal spot.
Just walk a couple of kilometres
in either direction along the beach and you will be in the lap of mother nature, where
sand, sea and sky blend in enchanting natural harmony. The crystal clear water is
swimmer's paradise.
The breath taking view of the setting
sun from the newly built siolim bridge is worth watching.
