Miramar Beach :

         Panji's nearest beach Miramar, is just a kilometer away.

Though it is not a good place to swim, but good for an evening walk, and viewing the sunset as it means in Portuguese.

It attracts large number of locals and tourists.

During the International Film Festival held in December 2004 a number of large movie screens were setup on the beach at Miramar and selected movies from all over the world were shown.
